Scattered in various useful and sometimes not so useful locations are a number of identically penned notes. Some of the penning is heavy than others, as if gone over a few times to bold it.
"My name is Skaylen and I'm a researcher in Verto, working with the oils to... well it doesn't really matter. What matters is that my workshop in the Outer City was burglarised and they took a cask of oil. I need that oil to continue my work... and to continue being allowed to work.
