| Jebidiah just shook his head in sorrow for the man. After he left, and got addressed by the others, he spoke to them. "For one with such close ties to nature, you are certainly eager to disrupt the natural flow of things. Killing these wolves without a good reason won't solve any problems, but instead just make it worse. Say the wolves moved to the village because food became scarce. Killing them now will only destabilize the pests they naturally eat, causing further problems in the future. Now, if that is the case, why did the food become scarce? Has a greater predator encroached on their lands? And if so, will it be a threat to the village? However, if instead it was just a child who did something stupid and blamed the wolves, why should we take their lives when they did nothing wrong? So, my position is that it is wrong to waste a life, especially life that helps maintain the balance of life around it. So tell me, are you two going to blindly take the lives of other creatures?"
