Per the rather successful restart we are having, we have begun an advertising event! Until Magikeeper decides otherwise, all advertisements made with proof put Here from your OOC account will grant you 5 gold each! Spread the word to any site you can find that allows ads from our type of site (human/shifter/fantasy/magic/violence)! More details in the linked thread.

New Board Hosting

Hello all! As some of you may know, Icyboards is ceasing to be a thing at the end of July. As a result, we need to rehome Aurora Sky. I have a couple options that I have researched. We will be trying one out this weekend starting on 6-15 (Friday) Chicago time. As a result, the forums will temporarily shut down in the afternoon of the 15th and will not be back online till the transfer is completed. I don't expect the downtime to be very long, maybe a few hours. But I do not know if it will go longer.

After this move, there will likely be many broken things on the site (like links and such), so we will be opening a thread for everyone to post when and where they find any to be fixed.

We will also begin experimenting with a way for players to earn small amounts of gold every post to encourage more roleplaying between members. More on that system will be announced when it's implemented.

Anybody who sticks around through the move will probably be given some kind of loyalty reward (pending Magikeeper approval).

December 4th Restart

I've spoken with the currently active players, and we've agreed to end all current quests/events in favor of a fresh restart. We're going to be assuming things turned out alright in those events, and the characters involved are free to do whatever. If anyone returning to the site was involved with those quests/events, and would like to finish them, by all means tell us - we'll work something out.

On one hand, "Trip to Slant Rock Isle" went on long enough that there should be loot involved. On the other hand, everyone involved with that got the Grand Opening Bonus back in the day so perhaps we should just leave that without additional loot? Thoughts welcome!
