He nodded, thinking he understood what Mr. Yack was saying. It made sense and was his argument was surprisingly logical. The problem Castor still had; the part that Yack's entire argument hinged upon, was the idea that something survived after the physical body died.
Castor was not concerned at this time with changing his view on the matter. He did, however, want to understand who he was talking to. If he couldn't understand completely because he didn't believe it, then he could at least understand how this person viewed himself. After all this, he realized he still kne little.
"I think... I understand." The creature seemed willing to answer his questions so maybe he would try another. "If you don't mind my asking, who have you been in your past lives?" He then gave a chuckle, realizing he wasn't speaking in line with what had just been established. "Or, rather, what other forms have you taken? What actions made you who you are?"
