Lore Tweaks

I've already spoken about this elsewhere, but:

Ruling Clan of Delvina - This was originally the deer clan, something that has not ever been mentioned outside of the help documents, much less by any of the deer shifter PCs that all hail from not!Delvina. I had them be deer under the assumption that it wouldn't be a popular shifter type, thus avoiding the situation where every PC that was that type just happened to desire no relation at all. Multiple pc (some type of deer)-shifters later, it's clear I was wrong Tongue. So! I'm retconing history to make the ruling clan the Oryx Dammah ("Scymitar Oryx"). It's imposing, very distinct, and the way it looks has some nice interplay with the previous ruling clan (who were racoon shifters). Also it's a specific obscure species instead of something like "deer", so that should help.

How Common Aspects are:

In retrospect, we've decided 15% is way too many, and it doesn't really fit how we've been running this world thus far. I'm going to change that to 5%, with most of those still being the un-arted aspects and the vast majority single-aspected. This means the PCs are even more special - although 5% is still a LOT of people.

For the aspected, it might be a decent idea to say like of the 5% whats the general power breakdown. like are there 90% of those at level 10? For ease of numbers, let's go with 1000 people sample size of npcs. 50 have aspects with the current change. Of those 50, how many are low like lvl 1-3? how many are in the middle lvl 4-7? and how many on the upper end 8-10? I kinda imagine it falls something like 35-13-2 or 70%-26%-4% .

Even if we go with middle ages level populations, a reasonable population size would be in the tens of millions (if not more). So we're talking more like a few million with aspects. The vast majority are the un-arted, so maybe a few hundred thousand are arted and only 100,000 of those have two aspects.

As for the level breakdown, I'm not sure. I think the ones with really obvious talents or ones that screw with their life would tend to be stronger on average, with the ones that might slip more under the radar or favor specific lifestyles (warrior prodigy) being lower.
