Serena listened to Ariella and Tia and giggled as she looks as the number of what food went to his manor, "Ariella, I am pretty sure that is just an average week of consuming for Hadrian, nothing out of the ordinary, except fish.... did you not mention once that he disliked seafood?... As for the carriage I recommend everyone to remain inside them, just in case. Both Tia and I will be in the same carriage with Ariella, no one would be able to even get close without me knowing.. or Tia and I stopping them." Serena was glad that before they got here she made Ariella and Tia drink the precautionary antidote for her body's poison... just in case. Still carrying the large heavy bag, Serena steps into the carriage, showing she was ready to get to the manor.

"Good point Miss Ariella. I guess I'll have to stop when limbs are broken and not missing. Hopefully that will be enough."
Heulen moves to get into the offered carriage.

"Alright, let's get on the road then." Nathan said simply, Following behind Heulen.

Ariella nodded towards Serena and the others as she also returned to the rather spacious carriage "He can't stand seafood, no, so that's definitely going to someone else."
Further smalltalk, and strategy discussions, ensued as the carriage peacefully made it's way to the manor. But before Ariella could direct the carriage through the main gate she suddenly glanced into the distance. Concern flashed across her face, followed closely after with a smirk. She directed the carriage driver to take the carriage to the overgrown gate while motioning for everyone to wait just a bit before asking questions...
As it's name implied, the overgrown gate was a massive iron thing just riddled with vines. Many of the vines were currently in bloom, and the fragrance was more than a little sweet. Arielle stood in front as she explained. "My younger brother has been in a sort of hedge-maze rivalry for a few years now - it's really quite extensive - and it is possible that there's a spy hiding in there tonight. We were just going to have the guards handle it, but I see an opportunity for a little practice! She clasped her hands together with a laugh. I have no doubt of your abilities, although I am curious as to how you'd go about ensuring we'll have no problems?" Arielle pulled out a weathered scroll. "I also don't know if you'd like to see the map, or discern the layout yourself? There IS a map of the game area, but it will surely be a little inaccurate when it comes to the area proper."
Feel free to make any assumptions about the hedge maze or manor you desire, provided they are not "let's get in the spaceship" or "and then we fight the Minotaur" level ridiculous

Heulen looks over the maze a bit and then turns to Arielle.
"I don't suppose it would be in good form to run straight through it?"

Agnes wasted no time climbing up onto the top of the carriage to get a better look at the hedge maze. From the higher vantage point, Agnes could use her telescopic vision to get a sense of how the maze was laid out.
"The maze is rather convoluted, looks like a lot of false starts and open loops. There are also... three? ... open areas. One of them looks almost tiled, like a game board. Another has something reflective, probably water, filling it. I assume the tree in the third is there to interfere with this type of scouting. Same with the areas of the maze where the hedge grows over the top." she yelled down to the group as she shifted about atop the carriage.

Darby joins Agnes on top of the carriage, because that's fun.
"Hmm, looks like we're going to need to split up, and if we don't need to we'll probably get split up anyway. Do we have any way to communicate through hedges?"

"Well, we can always yell. I think the most recently used path is this one."
Heulen points towards the left hand path after sniffing the entrance to the maze.

Serena smiles coldly. "Isn't a spy at this stage illegal in the game? Or was the meeting the signal for all bets are off?" If it was illegal then that means, they could use the threat of death over the spy... or... she could spy on them. They would never be able to catch her anyways... but assuming she was one of the only people capable of sonic hearing.. she would be useful here. She turned to Heulen noticing him sniffing the air and had an idea. "May I ask just how good of a nose you have sir? Can you hone in on certain scents?"

"I would say I have an excellent sense of smell. What do you want me to look for? If I have smelled the smell before, I should have little to no trouble finding it again if it is not too far away."
