Dreams Not Forgotten: Baron is double art aspect without True Mage, so DNF would apply to 5 arts 1-7. Max long term saving would be 2,100g. Which is immense, but it would take him a silly long amount of time to attain all of those spells. It just makes that time slightly less silly long.. and I suppose the end result wouldn't have him lording his power over anyone - having more spell diversity is useful but hardly unbeatable.
