[Outer Verto] Skaylen's Workshop

"Great, what happened to the thief?" asked the guard.

"You're back, how did it go?" asked Skaylen as Kage approached.

[Avorianna]

Ria smiles, "He is in my realm restrained!... Although he could have gotten out...my sylph friend is keeping an eye on him. I will be right back with him." Ria takes about 3 minutes to open up the inn next to him and assuming he agreed she steps inside and walks to the house, unlocks it, walks to the stairs, unlocks it, walks downstairs to the storage room to which he is being held and unlocks it, drags him back upstairs and outside of the realm, still unconscious and hog tied. She smiles at the guard as she puts the thief in front of him. "And there is your thief. I kinda... Had to make him unconscious to get him to cooperate with me. Sorry.. I know thats frowned upon. She smiles at the guard as she begins to put away the sphere.

"... no, that's fine. I'll get him moved in a little while. Good job?" the giant man said, clearly quite confused that the sweet girl who brought them baked goods had somehow knocked out and hog tied an obviously aspected criminal.

[Avorianna]

Ria sees his confusion and feels like she needs to not make herself suspicious, so she says, "I feel really bad though...the whole knocking out thing wasn't what I thought would happen and I kind of treated him like a whole winters pig.. Apparently pigs and people are not that far apart... I guess.. I hope I didn't hurt him." She scratches her head and pretends to be embarrassed. All of those statements were true...ish. Ria smiles and nods to the guard, "Thank you again sir for taking care of this guy! And I promise I won't get distracted this time!" She smiles and picks up the her cask and walks towards Skaylen's workshop to see Kage and Skaylen already there.

[Kage]

"I am happy to report that your oil has been retrieved. And the thief has been delivered to the guards presuming that Ria got clear of the guards. There was one catch, a rather powerful Fey interrupted us during the retrieval. Apparently they had been owed a favor by the one who stole the oil. In a peacekeeping gesture some oil had to be given to them. But here is the remainder." Kage said as he nodded to the arrival of Ria. He reached into his 'coat' to pull out the cask. Then handed it to Skaylen. Payment should be interesting.

[DarkAbyssKeeper]

"A powerful f- ... oh... well, most of it is still here." Skaylen waved them in. He quickly set about gathering up a handful of pouches, and distributed 100 gold to each of the thief hunters.

"I must say I'm very pleased you managed to put the man responsible away." he added.

[Lilly Mato]

Lilly's share of the gold quickly disappeared... somewhere. Her hands moved so fluidly that it was hard to tell if she had tucked the coin away or thrown it over her shoulder.

"You said you might be able to fuss around with that oil for these two. You guys mind if I hover around and see how that goes?" Lily asked, jumping up to sit on one of the counter tops.

[Kage]

Kage slipped the gold into his 'coat' and nodded as Lilly spoke. "I do agree. Seeing what you could make with that oil would be rather fascinating. Go ahead Lilly. I'm sure it will be fascinating to see him work. Let me know if I can be of any assistance." He had a smile as he waited. This was gonna be good.

[Avorianna]

Ria smiles and looks at Skaylen, "Skaylen always does such wonderful work! It is fun to watch! Do you have anything in mind Skaylen or would you rather us give you an idea?" Ria waits for Skaylen.

Skaylen excitedly started measuring out parts of oil, boiling some and drying others under a lamp and laying out some extra materials to mix with them.

"The best thing this stuff can be used for... in my opinion at least. Combining things. You remember I said you can break things down to an essence? If you mix those essences up, get them to move together, they can reform together." he said, grinning "Items, magical abilities, even spells."
