I've already spoken about this elsewhere, but:
Ruling Clan of Delvina - This was originally the deer clan, something that has not ever been mentioned outside of the help documents, much less by any of the deer shifter PCs that all hail from not!Delvina. I had them be deer under the assumption that it wouldn't be a popular shifter type, thus avoiding the situation where every PC that was that type just happened to desire no relation at all. Multiple pc (some type of deer)-shifters later, it's clear I was wrong
. So! I'm retconing history to make the ruling clan the Oryx Dammah ("Scymitar Oryx"). It's imposing, very distinct, and the way it looks has some nice interplay with the previous ruling clan (who were racoon shifters). Also it's a specific obscure species instead of something like "deer", so that should help.

How Common Aspects are:
In retrospect, we've decided 15% is way too many, and it doesn't really fit how we've been running this world thus far. I'm going to change that to 5%, with most of those still being the un-arted aspects and the vast majority single-aspected. This means the PCs are even more special - although 5% is still a LOT of people.
