Trip to Slant Rock Isle [Past]

Nodding at the go ahead, Kage had previously marked the second path up. He called forth Kaia, as he would need her help when they went to place the pitons. He grabbed the ropes, pitons, and carabiners and slipped them into his pocket void. He took one rope, and tied it onto the mast. That would leave a place for the others to get across without getting into the water. He had Kaia lift that rope above the water and follow above him as he dove in. Mid jump, he shifted his suit into a suit with flippers and used Skein. Hopefully preventing the water from touching him would prevent the disturbances from triggering enemies. He began swimming to the cliff face, and upon getting there, he used Tip to generate some climbing spikes on his hands and feet as his suit shifted to be lightweight and have a belt with various places to clip onto.

If he made it this far, he would begin climbing to the first point he had marked, and once he got there would pull out a piton, anchor it, connect a rope and carabiner, and tie off the rope Kaia was carrying. If successful, he would begin climbing up to the next point and repeat the anchoring process so the others could easily climb up.
