After her journey, Annabeth wandered in to the clearing, looking only slightly lost as she gazed around at all of the things. She settled her gaze on them. With a smile on her face that didn't reach her eyes, she greeted them <span style="color:#3399ff;">"I am arriving to aid in your problem. Is there still room?"</span> She tilted her head in question.

Jacob shrugged and gestured towards Harold.
"You'd have to ask him, I only just got here." he said.

She turned to the indicated man and stared. She saw no reason to repeat her question again.

Harold's bright eyes passed over Annabeth and she felt almost like the glass was peeling off her skin for a brief moment before the feeling subsided. The man smiled kindly enough. "Plenty and then some I'd say. With what we're after I'd rather take all the swords we can find. You have much experience with hunting?"

<span style="color:#3399ff;">"Hunting? No. Not really. But I know when you don't want things to be alive anymore you put pointy things inside of them. And then they stop doing the things that made you want them to not be alive. iIs that good enough?"</span>

"Maybe I should look into getting some pointy things then." Jacob said with a chuckle.

Annabeth assumed he was serious. She formed a lightning glass sword (mod 1) by pulling the glass between both hands. The handed it to him. <span style="color:#3399ff;">"Here you go. It's best not to be caught without pointy things."</span>

Jacob took the blade with a look of keen interest on his face, holding it up to the light and staring at it intently. After a moment he pulled out a pair of black glasses with silver glass and slipped them on to give the sword another once over.
"This is fantastic. You wove storm magics through an umbral glass creation..." said Jacob, clearly more interested in the process than the creation.

Despite the initial feeling that his look gave off Harold seemed friendly enough. "You know I don't actually suppose this is much of hunt anyway to be honest. More of a walk and slaughter type of outing." He eyed the glass sword with a bit of curious admiration. "You know if you ever wanted to follow a different path you could likely manage a living on those glass sculptures. That's something new and city folk like new"

"I know a couple of places in verto that would love to have glass instruments that can conduct electricity, too." Jacob added.
